Here you can find more information about our activities. We have extensive services for operators who have become part of our group of the most interesting companies.
Arrival
Joensuu Tiedepuisto comprises six buildings located in close proximity to one another. The buildings are numbered, and each one has its own number and letter combination. Each building also has a colour code. The same colour, number and letter codes are used in all signs, making it easy to find the right place.

Parking
Carpark at Hallitie 2 – price list:
Payment methods include cash (coins and banknotes), cards and the Easypark application.
- Short-term parking €1.50/h, €8/day
- Short-term parking from 16.00 to 22.00, €2/evening
- Monthly permit €50/month (car heating not included)
- Annual permit €430/year (car heating not included)
- Parking space with car heating point €620/year
You can order annual cards from the Managing Director of the Joensuun Pysäköinti parking management company, tel. +358 50 401 6127. You can find the prices and more information on the Joensuun Pysäköinti website (in Finnish).
In addition to the carpark, there are a limited number of two-hour parking spaces where you need a parking disc along Länsikatu street right in front of Tiedepuisto.

Keys
Access rights will only be added to the Tiedepuisto access control system based on a written notification, submitted by the designated person responsible for keys at a company or organisation located in Tiedepuisto.
Keys and access badges can be ordered from the link below and picked up from the Tiedepuisto lobby service (Building 1, 1st floor), upon presentation of personal identification.
Mailbox
As a Tiedepuisto facility customer, you will receive a mailbox for your company in Tiedepuisto.
The location of your mailbox in either building 1, 3B, 4A or 4B depends on the location of your company. You will receive instructions on how to use the mailbox code lock from Lobby Services, when your company moves to Tiedepuisto.

Free meeting facilities
As a Tiedepuisto facility customer, you have four free meeting facilities at your disposal: Aino, Gaia, Kronos and Apollo, which is free of charge Mon-Fri from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. With your reservation IDs, you can easily book free meeting rooms from our reservation system. Lobby Services will help you with reservation IDs, if necessary. Book free meeting rooms.
20% customer discount on meeting facilities
As a Tiedepuisto facility customer, in addition to free meeting facilities, you will receive a 20% discount on other Tiedepuisto meeting and sauna facilities. Find more about the facilities here.
You can use your reservation IDs to book facilities from our booking system at customer prices. Lobby Services will help you with reservation IDs, if necessary. Find more about the facility reservation here
Loan bicycles
Within the business hours of Lobby Services, you can loan bicycles from Lobby Services all year round. We do not accept advance reservations for these. Lobby Services also offers cycling helmets.

Sulo Puisto, building 3A

Louhi’s lunch is currently only available for Lyseo upper secondary school students.
Lost items
Pohjois-Karjalan Löytötavarapalvelut Oy deals with lost items at Tiedepuisto.
Every few weeks, Pohjois-Karjalan Löytötavarapalvelut Oy picks up any lost property that has been delivered to Lobby Services at Tiedepuisto. Pohjois-Karjalan Löytötavarapalvelut tries to find the original owners and notify them of the lost items. You can claim lost items at Pohjois-Karjalan Löytötavarapalvelut Oy by providing an accurate description of them. A storage fee and processing fee are charged for lost items in accordance with the law.
