Incoming deliveries
Parcel point (1st floor of building 3B)
- The Pakettipiste parcel point is available to organisations located in Tiedepuisto for ordering and sending packages. The exterior doors of building 3B are open Mon-Fri from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Those working in Tiedepuisto can also access building 3B with their access badges, outside these hours.
Parcel room (1st floor of building 1)
- The customer will be notified by email of a package received in the parcel room in the main lobby, and the customer must pick up the package as soon as possible. The customer is responsible for the delivered package, after the email notification. The parcel room has camera surveillance.
- Packages are also received through different transport companies, so please remember to add a phone number to the order details when ordering a package, so that the courier can contact you directly when the package arrives.
Incoming letter mail
- Posti distributes incoming letter mail directly to the mailboxes of the organisations on specified days.
Outgoing letters
Prepaid envelopes
- For outgoing letters, a prepaid envelope is recommended as the payment method. You can purchase prepaid All-in-One envelopes in packs of 5 or 20, directly on the Posti website: https://shop.posti.fi/en/category/envelopes/pre-paid-envelopes
Postage stamps
- For letter mail, you can buy stamps and envelopes from Tiedepuisto's Lobby Services. Postage stamps can also be ordered directly from the Posti online shop: https://shop.posti.fi/en/category/stamps
Outgoing letters mailboxes
- The Lobby Services empties the mailboxes daily. You can find the locations of outgoing mail's mailboxes below. Letter mail must have postage paid. Larger batches of letters can be delivered directly to Lobby Services (Mon-Fri from 7:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.).
Buildings 1, 3B, 4A and 4B (1st floor)
- Buildings 1, 3B, 4A and 4B contain an Info/Lobby Services mailbox for outgoing mail. Mail left in the mailboxes by 2 p.m. will still be sent in the same day's mail.
Posti collects the outgoing mail from the Lobby Services, on weekdays at 3.30 p.m.
Outgoing packages
Helposti code
- The simplest way to send individual packages is by using the Helposti code. The customer pays for the package on Posti's website and the delivery is equipped with either a Helposti code or a printed address card. Inquiries: https://www.posti.fi/palvelutverkossa/lahettaminen/#/?lang=fi
Posti's corporate customers
- As a corporate customer of Posti, the company's parcel services are convenient and easy: you manage parcel services online, payments for parcels are invoiced and the billing interval can be, for example, 1 month. If there are fewer than 20 packages per month, Posti will charge an invoicing fee of EUR 10. Completed packages can be delivered to the Lobby Services, from where Posti collects them on weekdays at 3.30 p.m.
