Companies located in Tiedepuisto must procure their own telecommunications connection. A company can purchase the connection directly from the operator of its choice.

For access to the premises, all installation work must be agreed upon in advance as follows:

The installer submits a work request to Tiedepuisto 's Lobby Services by e-mail at info@businessjoensuu.fi at least 2 working days in advance. The work request must indicate the installer's contact details, the contact details of the end customer or customer and the location of the facilities, as well as the time when the opening service is needed for the data facilities. Lobby Services will forward the work request to the service provider.
