Before the event  

The facility is an important element in terms of the atmosphere and success of the event. The nature and date of the event, as well as the number of participants largely determine the type of space that works best in each situation. Tell us what kind of event you are organising. We are happy to help you choose the best facility for your event from our diverse selection of facilities. The options range from meeting, seminar and workshop spaces to banquet and sauna facilities. We're happy to give you a tour of the facilities and the venue in advance. That way you can feel confident about knowing where to find everything on the day of the event. If necessary, we can handle the furniture arrangements required for the event, as an additional service.

What kind of technology does your event require?

Tiedepuisto has modern meeting technology and a wireless network, and Tiedepuisto also has facilities with video conference equipment for remote and hybrid events. When making a reservation, you should mention the needs related to meeting technology. If necessary, we can provide instructions concerning use of the meeting technology in advance, so that everything runs smoothly at the actual event. In any case, it's always a good idea to test the technology on the day of the event before the participants arrive. It is possible to have IT support in events as an additional service, this should be enquired already when making a reservation. Please note that the streaming service must be obtained separately for the events.

Remember the refreshments  

Good food or coffee are always popular at events. A restaurant operating in Tiedepuisto is a convenient partner for organising catering at meetings. You can also order the refreshments from somewhere else- or make them yourself.

Guidance and parking  

Making sure all the guests find their way to the location is an important factor when organising a successful event. Take advantage of Tiedepuisto's guidance page by linking it directly to the event invitation or share our map with the participants.

Parking for your event is easy to arrange in the Hallitie parking garage, located right next to Tiedepuisto. The parking garage is open every day from 6 a.m. until 10 p.m.

After the event    

You don't have to worry about cleaning, as basic cleaning is included in the facility rent. Just remember to take your own belongings with you.
